好きなギタリストはいっぱいいますが、誰が一番かというとジミヘンですね。彼が凄いのは、自分の頭の中にある想像をギターや歌で見える形にしたということです。当時（1960年代）の録音は4トラックで、できることは限られていたはずですが、常識にとらわれないギターのセッティングやエフェクターの可能性を思う存分に引き出した。70年代以降のロックギタリストの原点は全てがジミヘンに詰まっていたといっても過言じゃないでしょう。本当はエレキとワウでやりたいのですが、なにぶん夜中なもんで、、、。

There are a lot of guitarists I like, but if I had to pick one that is the best, it would be Jimi Hendrix.
